HAPPY HAPPY MUMMY'S DAY!!

mother's day was fun!! it was a super busy day but i really enjoyed myself (i think my mum enjoyed herself too (:

in the afternoon we went to 'shokudo' for mother's day lunch. ah ma was there too (: we ordered like super alott of food to share. the food there is really nice.maybe we'll bring my dad there when he is back from overseas.

after lunch mum, ah ma and i went shopping! it was the first time i went shopping with ah ma! i helped her to choose a blouse and a bag. i think she was quite happy with it. yay. and my mum saw this bag which she really liked so bros and i decided to get it for her as a mother's day present. as for me, i finally got to buy some formal stuff for work. i ended up buying four tops, three bottoms, one bag, one pair of heels and more makeup. now i think i'm ready for work alr (:

mum and i den headed home to start getting ready for dinner. we received an invitation to attend this dinner and dance held by some dance school. it was great dressing up for the event. felt like i was attending school's prom few years ago.

when we arrrived at the hotel, everybody was already all dressed up in their dancing attire, all ready to dance. they looked rather good. i even felt that most of the guys actually looked quite charming. (okay out of point)

anyway the ballroom was even awesome! there was a huge dance floor smacked right in the middle of the room and we were all seated along the sides of the dance floor. i thought it was rather cool (:

and so it was a night of good food and amazing performance. i got to watch the different types of dance. salsa, rhumba, waltz, tango, rock and roll, disco, ballroom dancing, fox, cha cha, lindy hop... there will always be people on the dance floor every minute every second! and its really amazing to see how everybody can dance and move around the dance floor so gracefully without knocking into one another.

the dance floor!! there were the young couples, the old couples, and even the mixed couples (which means super old aunties dancing with super young guys. my mum calls the guys 'dancing gigolos' i wonder how much do they get paid to keep those old rich tais tais company for the night. haha)

but the highlight of the day would most probably be the performance by this couple from thailand. the girl is super hot and sexy.

yup so this ends my day for mother's day!! it was indeed an eye opener for me and i would definitely love to attend such event again. thanx mummy for bringing me there tonight. (and i might just consider learning dancing, maybe latin, or salsa also can)

i'm so glad i dun have PA today ((:
