it was quite a busy day yesterday. in the morning, i met up with my research group at plaza sing to do project. as usual we ended up talking and laughing and didn't do much of our project. but it was alvin's birthday. so sinli, perry and i got a cake to surprise him! i think he was quite touched ba. lol. anyway alvin and perry are super funny people. i love doing projects with them. they never fail to make us laugh all the time (:

after the research project, i went to watch ps i love you with sinli and boon. i thought the story line was quite sweet and touching. but what surprised me was i did not shed a tear neither was i very very touched. have i really become so skeptical of love? damn.

after that i met chee and qian for dinner. den we headed to tcc for coffee. a pity ariana couldn't make it. but still the 3 of us chatted until the shop was going to close. i dunno when will be the next time i'll see the girls again but i'll really miss them.

its finally the last two days of impresario alr! rehearsals tonight at mediacorp and finals tmr. worst is i have comms and jap hmwk to hand in on monday, and a bloody quiz tmr. i haven't study yet la! this time around i think i really die already. but still i hope impresario will be a success! (hope i don't screw up the lightings) okay off to study now. double sianz ))):

L!!! watched the movie together with my mum. hes damn cute la. a pity he had to die. so i guess there won't be any more of his movies than. but still the movie was good (: L changed the world. if given a chance i wanna change the world too! maybe i could be agent Z. lol. but first i wanna change my life. things aren't going as smooth now but i know i can get through this. i wanna hold the key to my life. won't it be amazing to know who will be the one who will still stay by my side at the end of the day (how wonderful can that be)

saturday
met up with chee and qian for dinner. very long never see the two of them alr. it was nice catching up on stuff with them, but i just felt the meeting was kinda weird.. i dunno why.

sunday
went on an important 'mission' with somebody to do something for someone. i promise that somebody i won't say who he/she is, so yup. jiayouu ya!

monday
went to mediacorp for site recee. i managed to see the room where i will be situated at during the finals for four whole hours. the room is so small la but at least i will get to see the entire stage from the top (: afterwhich we had programmers meeting until god knows what time. did a bit of shopping with jiahui and boon after the meeting den headed home. i wanted to study for 219 quiz de but ended up...haiz. but one good thing that came out of it was i FINALLY knew how to SOLVE the RUBIK's cube alr!! damn happy (((:

DIM SUM DOLLIES was FANTASTIC!! i love the dim sum dollies so much la. a pity i didn't catch the previous 5 seasons ): but this performance was really good. all those who haven't watch yet, go catch the show now!! its only until 28th feb. the dim sum dollies (esp selena) were incredible. wacky storyline, beautiful costumes, marvelous stage props and catchy songs. hossan leong was super funny and 'HOT' too. he acted as sang nila utama, a peranakan tai tai, a rebellious convent girl and miss singapore!! imagine him in cheongsam and heels la. haha. thumbs up for hossan leong (: from the five 'spice' girls to samsui women to nuns to japanese pilots, dim sum dollies is definitely worth five stars!! and heres a big hugg to peishan. thanx for treating me to watch dim sum dollies ((:

seriously la, where is everybody when you need their help? have i been living in a world of fantasy and self deceiving? when i thought that as long as you put in effort in doing sth, people will appreciate. talk about being there for you. it definitely takes more than words to show that you care, that you treasure.i'm starting to feel so sick and tired of everything. its damn difficult to continue putting up a smile in front of them, esp when you are upset with them and you can't show it. seriously whats the point of doing so much when you get nothing in return? what magnanimous? i think its just plain stupidity. maybe i shld stop being the girl who nobody takes seriously. who everybody thinks its so easy to make use of. i'm warning you dun ever take me for granted. damn. i hate life. i hate being emo )):

i love malacca. i love the food there. i love the historic buildings esp the red square. but most of all i love spending time with my family!! its really been a long time since the 5 of us went on a holiday. though it was only two days, i enjoyed their company alot. i just found out my dad can be really lame sometimes and also, my mum can actually solve a rubiks cube!! (though not the entire cube yet but still, thats like super cool la) i can't even solve one colour.

anyway my dad is hardly around at home. each time he goes overseas to work, it will be 4 months before hes back. so whenever hes back home, i'll try to spend as much time with him as possible. seeing him working so hard for the family always makes me feel bad when i dun study and get the good grades. guess theres some self-reflection to do. my parents have worked hard for these 20 years supporting me and my bros thru everything. and now its going to be my turn soon (: i know i can do it. its time they stop worrying about the three of us already. i'll do anything for my parents. anything for them. love you dad and mum ((:

14th February now holds an entire different meaning for me - to me its FRIENDSHIP DAY (: it wasn't as bad as i thought it will be. love is really all around us. went kbox-ing with TGL on thursday. marvin, ruixiong and jarren joined us too. it was another crazieee night just hanging out with them and i didn't know until that day marvin can actually sing!! hes super zai. as usual 3 whole hours of nonstop singing, eating and cam-whoring. love (:

My presents!! Eugene and ChunBoon gave the chocolates. They bought it from this shop Gobi. The chocolates were very beautiful and exquisite. thanx guys! (:

Counting down to impre finals - 2 weeks. and theres so many things not done yet la. i can already foresee a super busy week ahead. projects, quiz and impre. really got to plan my time well this time arnd. btw the tix for impre finals are out alr!! 1st March @ Mediacorp. tix are priced at $12 and $16. anybody interested contact me ya (:

First heres wishin all a HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!

Its been a really really busyyy week, which explains why i have no time to update my blog. Five whole days of non stop visitations. It was quite tiring at sometimes but i enjoyed myself. Collected lots of ang baos and ate quite a lot too.

Celebrated kenrick's 21st birthday last sat. The theme was underwater so everyone wore blue and the entire bbq pit area was decorated with fishes and blue lighsticks. Overall the whole party was veryy fun! especially the games section.haha. Kinda looking forward to more 21st birthday parties (((: (especially mine!)

Met up with xinhui today! As usual there were so many things to catch up with her la. I'll miss her so much when shes back in adelaide )): Oh and we watched kungfu dunk today too. I thought the show was quite boring. It was a disappointment but jay chou is still as cute la. lol.

The holidays have finally ended and its back to school alr. Lots of projects to do and tutorials to catch up. Guess i really have to start working hard! No more being a bummer alr! yup.

just came back from chinatown with my mum and her friend. its my 2nd time going to chinatown this week and its equally packed!! (even though it was like 11 plus alr). was hoping to eat the dessert there though but the shops were closed alr )): so my mum's friend treated us to dessert at this hongkong cafe along thomson road. delicious but sinful.

anyway i just had a reunion dinner with my grandma and mum's sis today. i think i ate a bit too much alr. theres still another reunion dinner at my ah ma's house later! just heard from my ah ma its going to be a 10-course dinner! (this seriously means i have to start exercising soon sianz) but i love meeting up with my cousins (: its going to be another night filled with fun and laughter. can't wait!!

jay's taiwan concert dvd is out alr!! i'm definitely going to get it ASAP

TGL!! Its really amazing how 5 strangers can come together and bond just like that. We could have said to been through ALOT of shittt the past six months and i am really thankful for every single one of them who appeared when I was going through the roughest time of my life. They came, and changed my entire life. They made me realized that life was not as bad as it seemed and gave me the courage to continue being the 'zhiying' that i once was. From impre meetings to brewerkz to genting to oosh to zoo to chinatown, TGL left me with the most memorable and wonderful memories. I love every single one of them!!
