st nicks fun fair was fun!! went back together with my two jie meis. it was nice just walking arnd the school, reminscing the past, eating and playing games. We spent like half of our money trying to win this super cute toy monkey, but to no avail. but koh actually won a toy fish! and i went home with a flower balloon (:

it was nice meeting up with old friends too. some of them changed so much la. almost couldn't recgonize them. and i'm glad my teachers still remember me. anyway as we walked around the school, i realized how much i miss st nicks so much ): i miss the canteen, the teachers, the track, the classroom, the drama studio... its like 10000 times much better than boring ajc.

programmers outing in town after that. dinner @ sushi tei followed by dessert at haggen dazz. cindy kaixiang and hianyin treated us to the chocolate fondue there. didn't really eat much though cuz there were like 9 of us sharing. it was good though ((: but i think the fondue at max brenner is better. still it was very nice of them to treat us la. and the outing was not as bad as i expected. lol

oh and there was this baby girl who was german. she was so pretty that i can't resist it and gave her my flower balloon and took a picture with her. it was quite difficult getting her to pose for the camera, but shes really very cute! esp when she thanked me in german!! ((:

and i just realized i have the most lousiest suckiest teacher in the entire world. shes biased sarcastic and she can't teach for goodness sake. gosh. how does ntu choose their teachers sia. i think i'm going to do very badly for research method. damn.

everytime i want to do my project, i end up blogging. even when theres nothing special to blog. i still blog! i just can't seem to put my heart in studying. i hate studying. kinda looking forward to PA though. can't wait to get a taste of working life, cause for now, i seriously dread studying. its damn sian la. and all the never ending projects are starting to get on my nerves alr..

thursday
went to victoria theatre with the programmers to watch cindy's dance performance.

after the performance, we headed down to boat quay and took some photos. the scenery there was beautiful (:

feeling hungry, eugene boon jiahui and i decided to go cafe cartel for a drink and cakes. we had like 4 pieces of cakes and a seafood platter all for only at the price of $11 !! super cheap right haha ((:

and before we left cafe cartel, jiahui did the most hilarious thing, she actually stole a bread along her way out!! omg. we were like laughing non stop when we saw her coming out with the bread in her hand. silly girl.

friday
we went to tian wee's house for a mini gathering cum potluck party to celebrate kok hong's return. everybody was there la. we had fun cooking, eating, chatting, playing mahjong and watching tv. but the highlight of the day was most prob the nintendo wii which tian just bought last week. it was super duper fun la. tian, koh, adrienne and i played for consecutively 4 hours and my arms are still aching now. but its very fun!! i so wanna get a nintendo wii too (:

saturday
in the morning, we went to perry's house to do our research project. as usual the guys never fail to crack us up with their lameness. and instead of finishing our project, we ended up playing mahjong!! the rule was the person who lost the most money had to finish up the entire report. poor perry haha (: but still, it was fun playing mahjong with them.

after the project, sinli and i headed down to CHIJMES to meet the impre people for dinner. we had dinner at hog's breath cafe. good food, great company (:

it was another night of cam whoring. first there were the individual shots with impre people

okay i know i should be studying at this point of time but i just had to watch this movie, Boys Don't Cry. so heres the plot: Teena Brandon is a transman (born female) who identifies and live his life as a man, and calls himself Brandon Teena. She dated a girl who initially thought she was a boy but remained with her even after she knows the truth. And so when his guy friends found out that 'she' was actually a girl, they raped and murdered her.and this entire movie is based on a true story. super touching and sad!!

anyway heres the next movie i wanna watch: A Little Princess!! another touching movie which will make you cry.

okay so i just realise i'm super busy for this two weeks, and for all the wrong reasons too! dance concert, 1504 dinner @ tian's house, impre celebratory dinner @ CHIJMES, spop gala premier @ indoor stadium, baozeng's bdae, st nicks fun fair.. seriously where got time to study!! and i still have research and equity project to submit, equity quiz, effective comm final presentation, effective comm report and in-class test, chem test, jap listening and oral exam... my goodness, its damn sian la )):

so heres a wake up call.. I HAVE TO FREAKING START STUDYING NOW !! wtf

we went to the airport to pick kok hong up today!! hes finally back from taiwan. yay! WELCOME BACK kok hong! time flies really fast la. its been one year since he left for taiwan and now hes finally back for good. will be looking forward to more 1504 clique gathering den (: i miss my clique so much. i miss the times when we always play 'uno' bridge during breaks. i miss joking arnd with them and talking all sort of crap stuffs. haha.

i think he was quite touched when he saw everyone of us there, and most importantly the small banner which we personally made for him (:

at night, we headed over to my aunt's house to celebrate my grandma's bdae. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA!!

received a call from my dad today. hes coming back next week! happy happy (((: i miss him so much..

sometimes i really wonder is hate always the opposite of love?? i really dunno. its the moment of truth... whether i am really able to put my past behind and continue with life. i'll only know the answer tmr.. all in just less than 12 hours

on a happier note.. went to watch Rule #1 with tgl today (jiahui pangsey all of us lor tsk). anyway the movie was okay only la. its damn gory but its quite predictable too. at least i wasn't that scared. we kept laughing in the theatre la. lol. but the photo hunt after that just made everything better! (: and i still wanna watch horton, waterhorse, spiderwick, the orphanage...

okay heres another short summary of my weekend

friday
TGL outing at holland v! dinner at sushi tei followed by dessert at Cold Rock. was quite happy to have finally tried the ice cream there after so long. its ice cream eaten the 'rojak' style. theres like so many flavours and mixing to choose from! couldn't really make up my mind what to eat. but i definitely wanna go back there again to try other flavours. (anyway i think we are going back to holland V AGAIN! programmers outing!) afterwards we headed to wala wala where we drank and chatted till late. love the company (:

saturday
went to straighten my hair. its damn straight la! but at least its easier to maintain now (:

sunday
now this is the day to be remembered cause i FINALLY bought a CAMERA. presenting to you...sony T70. i love my camera to bits! its chio, chic and cool. pity i couldn't get the pink one. but black is still nice! anyway the IT fair was packed with people la (as usual) and i swear not to go there again at the last day. i just hate squeezing with the pple there. pls remind me the next time ya. anyway my cousin treated us to japanese ice cream after that. yay!

monday
todays jap lesson was hilarious! we learned counters today and the whole class seemed like it was saying tongue twisters throughout the entire lesson! just sounded very funny la. lol. and jap is getting so difficult. damn i should have SU it. anyway after class i met my mum and bro for dinner and my mum treated us to Haggen Dazz ice cream! Its like my third ice cream in four days! *feeling super guilty now* maybe i'll start jogging tmr.( provided if time permits la) haha.

girls night out with ariana and simun! its been almost a year since the last time the three of us met up. remembered it was to celebrate my bdae the last time. we had dinner at soup spoon and after that cam whoring along esplanade. anyway glad to know that my friends are getting along well with life, regardless of school or r/s. i'm so happy for them. btw girl! (you know who you are la) stay happy always k. think happy thoughts. call me out whenever you're lonely or bored k. zhi will always be here for you (:

This post is specially dedicated to impresario! saturday marked the last day of impresario. on one hand its quite a relief, but on the other, i think i'll miss the people there. esp the bunch of wacky crazy people whom i worked and played tgt with for the past 6 months. but one thing which i'm most proud off and will never forget is the SPOOF VIDEO. The video represents the sweat and laughter of all those people who made it possible.

our initial idea was liang shan bo and juliet. but in the end we finally came up with the idea of spoofing a whole list of adverts. i can still remember the day when eugene, boon, jiahui, sinli and i came up with the entire script, right after stand chart some more! can you imagine how tired we were that day. but still we manage to came up with the script and everybody was happy (:

den came the filming! omg that was the most tiring days of the entire dec holidays. we had to rehearse for the dance, travel to The Sun, to boon's hall and even to choa chu kang just to film the video. it was super tiring but we definitely had a lot of fun during these 4 days. though we encountered many screw ups and set backs along the way, i'm glad we managed to give our 100% and finish filming the entire video, all in just four days. of course editing was not easy too. we edited and edited and edited countless times and only finished it three days before the finals. on the day of the finals, the laughter and feedback from the audience just said it all (:

regardless of the various negative responses we got from other people, the low morale we had along the way plus the limited equipments and little time we had, i was glad the spoof video was a HUGE success. it was my first time filming such a video and all this would not been possible with the help of everybody especially eugene (my fellow co-director!! yup we definitely did it! and you make a wonderful actor too esp as the indian bird seller. everybody was talking abt your role la. super funny.) chunboon (the whole video will not even work out if you weren't the main lead. seriously, maybe some mediacorp guy will start calling you up and ask you to act. you're a born-actor dude! oh and thanx for helping us to contact jiji to help us for the video) jiji kenny (for helping us to rent the equipments from adm and helping us to film and edit the video. most of the credits should really go to them. sorry jiji for making you edit it so many times. we definitely owe you a huge favour. anw i also learn a lot abt directing now, the different angles and so on...lol) weilong kaixiang eileen jiahui jiejun rx (weilong for his super humorous acting. sorrie to make you cycle the bike ten over times repeatedly, kaixiang for acting as the super 'shuai' richard gere, eileen for acting as the 'hot' jennifer anniston, jiejun and rx for ALL the music in the video and jiahui for coming down and lending your support. thanx girl (: )

our hard work definitely paid off and i will give anything to do it all over again. filming of the spoof video is one moment i will never forget for a super long time This is not just my video, but OUR video ((:
